- 現貨每日下午3點前下單， 1-2工作天出貨(不含例假日)。
- 如購買”預購商品”+現貨，出貨日期以”預購商品”為主。如欲購買”預購商品”+現貨，會建議分開訂單, 以免影響出貨日期。
- 台灣超商取貨滿1,000免運，台灣宅配滿5,000免運。
- 訂購前請務必確認商品種類、顏色、款式。如有疑慮，請登入官網後，頁尾使用”聯絡我們”填寫表單詢問客服。
- 訂購成功後，系統會發送訂單明細郵件，請核對顏色款式，如有任何問題請24小時內連聯繫客服。如沒收到郵件，請聯繫客服，因為近來很多人郵箱填寫不正確或拼錯字，造成訂單明細無法正常傳送到達。
- 訂購後，單筆訂單更改加購商品以1次為限，原訂單商品不得取消，若有更改訂單之需求，請登入官網後，使用右上方信封圖像或左下角Line詢問客服。
- 出貨後，會發郵件通知，貨到超商會發郵件+簡訊通知取貨。請隨時留意郵件及簡訊。
- 超商取貨期限為7天，7天內未取貨，商品會自動退回。
- 訂購後若整筆訂單取消，視同棄標，Avant Gardey Taiwan Shop將保留權利決定是否繼續與您交易。
- 貨到超商不取貨者視同惡意棄單, 我司將保留法律追訴權, 並將其列為黑名單拒絕往來戶。
- 商品可能因每批製程時間不同，商品顏色會有些微落差，且因電腦設定關係，與實品顏色仍可能會有差異，對顏色較敏感的，請確認可接受再作購買。
- 提醒 – 下單時請注意款式及顏色 ，如因個人因素 (如買錯顏色尺寸) 而造成退換貨，需自行負擔來回運費喔。
- 針對台灣收貨消費者 – 退貨後, 如原本訂單未滿免運門檻NT1000, 需支付原本運費超商NT70宅配NT170。

3. Special Situations
- Shipping Issues: If the product cannot be delivered to the customer due to special reasons (such as customs regulations or import bans in the destination country), the product may be returned. In this case, the return shipping cost and Taiwan import duties will be borne by the customer.
- Refund Policy: If a product is returned, the refund will be deducted by the return shipping cost and Taiwan import duties. The exact amount deducted will be calculated based on the actual costs.

加入會員 (可用EMAIL帳號註冊) > 選好想購買的商品 > 加入購物車 > 選擇付款、取貨方式 > 等待出貨 > 收到商品
▶關於寄送方式及運費
提供『超商取貨付款』/『超商取貨不付款』/『宅配到府』共三種方式, 超商包括統一/全家。
如未滿免運標準，不論件數超商運費一律NT70元, 宅配NT170。
*若寄送方式為宅配，收件地址需填寫完整喔。
▶付款方式
‧ 信用卡線上付款 – 凡各家銀行之信用卡單筆訂單不限金額皆可使用。
‧ 網路ATM線上付款 – 需使用ATM讀卡機操作(只有電腦可以操作)，付款完畢系統會自動對帳，無須再提供後五碼唷。
‧ ATM櫃員機虛擬帳號付款 – 完成訂購後，系統會產生一組帳號，請在1天內使用實體ATM轉帳付款，付款完畢系統會自動對帳，無須再提供後五碼唷。
‧ 超商取貨付款 – 貨到超商,取貨付款即可。
